We wanted to see what our patients really thought about the service we provide, so as a team we compiled a questionnaire which was completed by 100 random patients. There were questions about every aspect of our ‘patient journey’ from the way the telephone was answered through to the quality of dental care. We were delighted to find that we scored 97% ‘good’ or ‘excellent’ across all the questions, with one patient writing on his form ‘the best in Romsey’!
