We will respect, appreciate and value each other and in doing so instil confidence and satisfaction in our customers. We recognise that good communication, enthusiasm and a positive attitude allows us to develop rapport and be proactive in order to embrace any changes needed to move the practice forward. As a dental practice we ensure that cleanliness, tidiness, hygiene and providing the best possible treatments to our patients are a priority and we also minimise the environmental impact of our business. Ultimately we aim that the experience for all of us, customers and staff, is rewarding and successful.

Our Mission: We aim to deliver the best customer experience in a dental practice by exceeding our customers’ expectations.

Our vision includes a commitment to minimise the environmental impact of our business; we care about the effect of our activities on the planet and its resources but we recognise that legislation forces dental practices to be quite wasteful. We want to show that it is possible for small businesses like ours to offset their impact on the environment by making a positive contribution elsewhere. We have an environmental policy and we follow this up with regular audit to identify as many ways as possible to minimise the environmental damage caused without compromising the high quality of clinical care provided.

Our commitment to protecting the environment includes:

• Reducing fuel consumption by cycling or walking to work where possible and ensuring that we order efficiently to minimise deliveries.
• Using recycled paper products and reusing paper. Avoiding printing documents if possible or printing both sides.
• Using the autoclaves efficiently to reduce water consumption; avoiding using running water for washing up.
• Recycling all cardboard, bottles, plastics. Composting vegetable matter and shredded paper.
• Turning off all electrical appliances every evening and the surgeries at lunchtime.
• Using low energy lightbulbs throughout.
• Using a green energy supplier.
• Donating our old dental chairs to be reused in the developing world.
