Practice hours

• Monday to Friday: 8.15am to 6.15pm
• Saturday: 9am to 1pm
• Evening and Saturday afternoon appointments are available for facial cosmetic treatment.
• First Appointments: Please arrive 5 minutes early to read the medical questionnaire and please bring a list of any medication with you.

Emergencies

• If you are in urgent need of dental care please call the practice at the earliest opportunity during practice hours and we will try to fit you in the same day.
• When the practice is closed please telephone (01794) 522222 and follow the instructions in the recorded message.

Altering an Appointment

As long as we receive 1 working day’s notice we do not charge for altering or cancelling an appointment as this allows us to offer the time to someone else. For some longer appointments 2 working days’ notice is requested. If less notice is received or the appointment is missed the charge is based on the length of the appointment booked.

• Initial Dental or Cosmetic Consultation (including X-rays) - £39
• Six monthly dental examination - £25
• Children under 17 years - initial examination £20; regular £15; on a Children's Day £10
• Facial Cosmetic consultation - £50
• Invisalign Consultation - £59

Patients are asked to pay for their treatment at each visit. We accept cash, cheque and most credit and debit cards.
