Practice hours

Monday to Friday: 8.15am to 6.30pm

Saturday: 9am to 1pm

Evening and Saturday afternoon appointments are available for facial cosmetic treatment.

First Appointments: Please arrive 10 minutes early to complete the medical questionnaire.

Fees

Initial Dental Consultation (including X-rays) - £38

Six monthly dental examination - £22

Children under 17 years - initial examination £20, regular £15, on a Children's Day £10

Consultations for facial cosmetic treatment - £50, which we are currently refunding against our published price for your first course of treatment.

Patients are asked to pay for their treatment at each visit. We accept cash, cheque and most credit and debit cards.

Travel and Parking

Free parking is available in two-hour bays in Station Road and Lortemore Place Car Park is within 50m of the practice (see map and 'How to Find Us').

Emergencies

If you are in urgent need of dental care please call the practice at the earliest opportunity during practice hours and we will try to fit you in the same day.

When the practice is closed please telephone (01794) 522222 and follow the instructions in the recorded message.

Altering an Appointment

As long as we receive 24 hours notice (excluding weekends and Bank Holidays) we do not charge for altering an appointment - this allows us to offer the time to someone else. For some longer appointments 48 hours notice is requested. If less notice is received or the appointment is missed the charge is based on the length of the appointment booked.
